During your Nidra onboarding process, our Patient Access team will ask if you would like to be contacted about the Thrive trial. If you indicate interest in participating, you will be contacted for a pre-screening phone call after you receive your device.
If you may be eligible, a patient outreach representative will call you, provide additional details about the study, and further evaluate your eligibility
The study team will speak with you via phone to discuss the trial and answer any questions you may have. If you consent to participate in the trial you will be asked questions about your RLS symptoms, sleep, quality of life and medication usage in addition to standard of care.
You will be asked to complete a biweekly survey by text or email, throughout the 52 week study duration, to record any lifestyle changes, medication, and RLS symptoms.
You will be asked to visit a lab for an iron panel blood test within 4 weeks following the baseline visit. There will be no cost for you to take this test. However, you will be compensated for your time and travel to the lab.
You will be asked to complete 4 follow-up evaluations at the following timepoints after study entry: Day 90, Day 180, Day 270 and Day 365. During these evaluations via phone you will complete surveys about the progression of your RLS symptoms, sleep quality of life and medication usage.
